- 250g of bacon
- 500 grams of pasta
- Q.s. pepper
- 200g Pecorino
In a large pan fry the bacon with a tablespoon of oil . Once the pillow will become crispy and the fat transparent turn off the heat . Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente , putting aside a cup of cooking water , and pour it into the pan with the bacon .
Add the grated pecorino cheese and plenty of black pepper . Fate mix everything in the pan for a couple of minutes. If you see that is too dry , add a little at a time the water from the pasta aside. Serve !
